Beginner sessions
At the start of the season, we run beginner sessions for newcomers: grip, throws, rules. Discs provided, smiles guaranteed.
Regional & national competitions
For those who want to, we take part in the Pays de la Loire Regional Tour, the regional cup and the national amateur challenge, plus various national competitions, solo or in teams. Always entirely your choice.
Trips & nearby courses
Now and then, we hit the road to discover other courses in the region, together as a club.
General assembly
Once a year, we gather to look back and decide together on the club's future. Every voice counts, and it usually ends around a drink.

Nervous about competing?
Not with us. Our tournaments are celebrations of the disc first: we play for fun, cheer each other on, and laugh. Leave the level to us, you just enjoy.
